Build it, run it, read the messages
Set up a signalized intersection, a highway work zone or a TIM corridor step by step: the roadway, the controller and its ring-barrier plan (or the TIM frames), the roadside units, the vehicles and their on-board units. Then run traffic and watch the SPaT, MAP, BSM, SRM/SSM and TIM messages that make connected-vehicle applications work: a signals dashboard shows every countdown and what a priority request resets, and an in-vehicle display shows what the driver sees and hears, with real bytes from the portal codec.
